Lacquered
Lacquer creates a layer on top of the wood which results in flooring’s higher resilience to scratches and stains. Lacquered flooring is easier to maintain but harder to repair. Lacquered flooring will not require a reapplication of the finish.

Tongue & Groove
Tongue & Groove refers to one plank of the hardwood flooring containing a slot (groove) while the other has the ridge (tongue). This system is used to connect two boards and it requires wood PVA adhesive in between of joints.
