The Task
Giant floors was chosen to supply and install wood flooring in homes basement and ground floor and also on stairs and landings. Specified flooring for stairs is to have no joints on threads and to have the mitred edge on the side of a staircase.
Our Solution
We supplied and installed Lamett Sky Line Grey 15mm Brushed, and Lacquered engineered wood flooring with real oak top layer 4mm. Installation arranged by bonding wood flooring to the subfloor with Gekko Polymer adhesive.
To avoid joints on stairs, we supplied wide 260mm flooring with attached bespoke nosing and finished to match the rest of the flooring.
